Your work here is protocol-driven, documented and measured. Clients arrive matched to your specialisation, your notes are drafted for your review, and a senior clinician is available whenever a case calls for one.

Therapist / Clinical Psychologist
Deliver evidence-based therapy - CBT, DBT, ACT and third-wave modalities - to employees who arrive screened, briefed and booked. Every relationship begins with a clinical picture and a navigator handover, so your first session starts on solid ground.
Wellbeing & Performance Coach
Support employees through pressure, burnout, role transitions and workplace dynamics. Coaching here is structured and outcome-tracked, and you sit inside the same care team as therapists and navigators, so every client stays connected to the right level of support.
Care Navigator
Stay with an employee from their first screening through to a measured outcome. You interpret results, explain what they mean, match the employee to the right clinician, confirm the first session and keep the care plan moving. Care navigation is the reason care here reaches completion.

All three. We engage clinicians full-time, part-time and on a freelance basis, and we agree the arrangement that suits your practice before you begin. Share your preference in the onboarding form and we will build around it.
Yes. Part-time and freelance clinicians regularly maintain independent practice alongside Refill Health. We agree your availability in advance and schedule inside it. Full-time roles are exclusive by design, and we make that explicit for any role where it applies.
Your rate reflects your credentials, your experience, your engagement type and your client outcomes. We share specific ranges during the screening call, early enough for you to decide before committing to a longer interview. Your current salary stays your own business.
Care Navigators match clients to you, so your calendar fills through the platform. We agree a target caseload against your stated availability before you begin, and volume builds across your first weeks as your specialisations and languages line up with the organisations we serve. We will always give you a realistic picture.
Yes. Therapist and Care Navigator roles accept RCI registration or an RCI-eligible qualification, so applicants in process are welcome. Share your current status in the form and we will discuss timing together. Wellbeing Coach roles ask for a Master's in Psychology, with an ICF credential preferred.
Anywhere in India. All three clinical roles are fully remote. You will need reliable internet and a private, confidential space for sessions. We collect your location, languages and availability inside the onboarding form.
English is essential, and Hindi and regional language capability is highly valued. The employees we serve are spread across India, and language match strongly improves engagement. List every language you can practise in, since it is one of the most influential factors in matching.
